Animal Welfare concerns

The Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) has the legislative responsibility to investigate complaints about potential breaches of the Animal Welfare Act 2000.

 

Concerns regarding animal welfare should be reported to APHA without delay. To report a welfare concern in England phone the Helpline on 03000 200 301 which is available 24 hrs/365 days.
